I have a little soft spot in my heart for Apple Products.
My love for Apple blossomed when I got an iPod Nano in 2008 and since then i've acquired an iPhone 4, 5 and a Mac Book Pro. I love pretty much everything from the sleekness of the design to the ease of use of the software.
The same protective feeling people get over their little brothers or sisters is the same feeling I get when people talk bad about Apple products haha. Dwayne is more of an Android fan, he changes phones like the weather and to be honest I can't even keep up anymore! So as you can probably guess if there's one thing we've never seen eye to eye about it is choice of phones and despite MUCH convincing my loyalties still lie with Apple ;).
So as you can imagine since the release of the much anticipated iPhone 6 I've been longing to get my hands on one. I have to be honest and say I was a bit skeptical about it when I heard the rumours that it was going to be bigger than the size of the 5. But since the official release my opinions and thoughts quickly changed. My Upgrade with T-Mobile/EE is due now but i'm not entirely happy with their prices & service so I'm going to wait until my contract ends to get the phone with a different provider... I CANT Wait!!
Whilst we're on the topic of Phones I thought I might as well share with you some of my favourites apps. One of my most useful and money saving apps has to be WeQ4U. It allows you to call those horribly expensive 08 numbers from your mobile phone by diverting them through an 03 number that can be called using your inclusive minutes (if you're on a pay monthly contract).
Buzzfeed is also a favourite app of mine. It might as well be called "procrastination" because it seriously aids with just that. I can sit for worryingly long periods of time scrolling through the articles and doing the quizzes. Additionally, if you've downloaded iOS 8 then you'll find that BuzzFeed will appear as a widget in the notification centre. Yaay.
Lastly, there's always one game that i'm always playing on my phone and it usually changes on a bi-weekly bias. I'm currently playing Piano Tiles; it's so fun and highly addictive! My high score on Arcade Mode is 755 so if you can beat me put your score in the comments section below!
P.S. If your a student sign up for UNiDAYS where you can get 15% Apple products. I got £150 off my MacBook Pro as I bought it through them. I blogged more about my favourite student discounts here.
